It includes program examples, sample letters, a collection of First Day stories, frequently asked questions, and planning checklists. The Handbook is a valuable tool for your First Day planning team. 	Newsletter and FAQ Read First Day stories about what others are doing, and get helpful ideas you can use in your own community. Our newsletter also highlights other successful parent involvement initiatives. Frequently asked questions are answered by our staff and by teachers and administrators with firsthand experience.
	First Day Video Our 8 minute video shows successful First Day stories from five communities across the country, including interviews with parents, teachers, administrators and community organizers.
